FAQ
Sublimation Printing FAQs
A: Sublimation printing uses heat-transfer technology to apply full-color designs directly into polyester fabrics. Your design is printed onto special transfer paper, then heat-pressed onto the garment. The design becomes part of the fabric itself – it won’t crack, peel, or fade.
A: Sublimation works best on polyester and polyester-blend fabrics (70% polyester or higher). Cannot sublimate on 100% cotton – recommend dye printing instead.
A: Sublimated colors are permanent and fade-resistant. With normal washing, colors remain vibrant for 50+ washes. UV exposure may cause gradual fading.
A: MOQ is 10 units. Custom pricing available for orders under 10 units.
A: Standard: 5–7 business days | Express: 2–3 days (+R50–100/unit) | Rush: 24–48 hours (subject to availability)
Dye Printing FAQs
A: Dye printing applies reactive dyes directly into cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. The dye chemically bonds with fabric fibers, creating rich, lasting color.
A: Very durable. With proper care, dye-printed garments last 100+ washes without significant fading.
A: Yes. We use reactive dyes with minimal wastewater. Committed to sustainable manufacturing practices.
